mmm... cant tell if walking is totally normal or not

his legs still look short though...   which confirms what most of us already know

aesthetically, longer tibias look better and give the illusion of being taller than you really are... while shorter tibias gives the opposite

I'm wondering how tall Christoperbuilder is now. I'm guessing around 5'8/5'9. Regardless, I think he looks and walks great.

you recovery is very good , i think you will inspire many guys on this forum, but it's too bad you can't run a diary because of your english.

I would like to ask you, how long did it take you to resume normal running and walking?

tomorow new video runing 30MN

Yeah, I'm taking up dancing lesson in July after finishing my exams. Some people prefer running, others weight-lifting, but dancing is important for me. I was a frequent club-goer last summer.

If you can show a video, dancing to a complete song (maybe your favourite song), that would be cool. No need to be fancy and maybe in the comfort of your own room is fine too. No pressure, just a suggestion!

Thanks,
.................

Merci ,

Great videos! It's definitely inspirational! I'm not sure how my ratio compares with OP originally, but definitely thinking about doing femurs.

Now that I see those other videos, I take back what I said! Very very impressed. This might even encourage me to do 7cm instead of 5cm. I might not be as athletic as him, but I have youth on my side at least.
Speaking of age, how old were you when you did the surgery in 2003?

AAAAAA   no jump

WTH?? Why were you walking that weird way in the beginning of the video?
Yes, you've shown you have mobility now but your strange movements in parts of your videos is still confusing to me.

I think that you have to concentrate to do some of the things in your video... and some positions are awkward for you.
If you're not concentrating, I think you lose a little control over some of your movements at random times.

Sorry, you sound like a nice guy trying to be helpful and I don't doubt that you are content with your results, but I can't help but doubt your legs have a 100% normal full recovery to pre-op condition... why would you intentionally walk and move your legs so strangely in parts of your vids? I would find it difficult to walk that awkwardly on purpose... but why would you do that?

 :)

However, you are using your hands to get up onto the stool in the end, right?

Of course I would do the same pre-op.  :D

I think your recovery looks great, Christopherbulder. Strong leg muscles, too. Good job!

Congrats man! Your recovery looks complete.

I did 7,5 cm on femurs 14 months ago, and I still can't do the sit and rise test:

Can you do it?

Unfortunately the video of him running for 30 minutes on a treadmill was never posted. It's a shame because it would be nice to think that someone could be back to a good physical level 12 years later but without proof I will struggle to believe it.
