16 years old and need help heightmaxing
« on: February 24, 2017, 03:52:53 PM »

I'm 5'11" and I've been on mk677 for a week so far.
I have almost no hair on my chin and the beginings of a moustache.
I take a daily multivitamin and calcium supplements.
Will mk677 help me grow?
Should I drink hormone free milk?
Anything else I can do to hit 6'1"?

Human growth hormone or anti-estrogen. Other than that no, nothing. At 16, you still have a chance at growing an inch or two.

My growth plates fused when I was 15. You need to get an x-ray to see if your growth plates have fused already. If they have, you've reached your max height.

They fused at 15  ??? But thats so young especially for a male. Females tend to fuse faster. Did u get a xray of radius/ulna (forearm) or tibia and femur

Doesn't HGH make you kind of grow outwards and fk with your facial features a bit though? Is it a good idea to recommend it for everything? I don't know much about it, this is just what I've heard

I think mine probably fused at 16. I started tanner stage 3 of puberty at 11 3/4s. If you start puberty early they fuse earlier, and you get an earlier growth spurt.

Only if abused for years on end, most HGH abuse lies primarily in weightlifting and bodybuilding the dosages these guys use is far in excess of what you would be prescribed by your doctor and you'd only be on it till x rays confirmed closure of your plates. It's also highly debatable as to the exact cause of the negative side effects in bodybuilders, these guys use huge amounts of anabolic steroids as well which can have a synergistic effect on HGH. Pro bodybuilders are not good examples to look at for HGH effects it's simply impossible to determine which drugs they use that cause the problems they eventually get. It's because of these muppets as well that weight training in general gets a bad rap
