Hi. My current hight is 178cm, I want to gain 16cm. My wingspan is 191cm and my legs are actually short.

Is it a good idea to grow such amount? What method would you recommend according to my case.

Only possible with 2-3 LLs. If you stretch a lot you could maybe do 9-10cm femur and 6-7cm tibia. Or with paley 4+4 at the same time twice (much more comfortable as 4cm is much better and easier obviously but its much more expansive and requires one more surgery).

Just go for 13cm so your wingspain = your height, it might not look like it, but 13 is way safer. Usually when you want to go above 5cm in tibia and 6cm in femurs, things will start to get really dangerous with each additional cm - based on opinions of people that had the surgery done.

178cm it's more than 180cm with boots.. Just invest those money in a more profitable way.. but if necessary, and your legs are significantly short, then I think 8-9cm more are enough.. 16cm will be challenging and will consume almost 1 year..

Hey man, just wondering, did you do your LL alone or did you have someone? Dont know whether its feasible to be alone overseas doing LL

I had this concern too but some clinics have 24hr care staff at your apartment, thats what Dr Metin Kucukkaya team has. I wouldn’t recommend doing this completely alone just incase, I think for safety and peace of mind its best to have somwone there or atleast visit daily
