Hello I just read through this and I am very happy that everything worked out well for you. Congratulations.

I just wanted to ask, how often do you have to stretch nowadays? Will you have to stretch every once in a while for the rest of your life or does your muscles ever get fully adjusted to your new height without stretching?

Would you say you are 100% recovered?

Nice diary and you are so kind to reply all the questions one by one.

My question will be how is the difference after nail removal? I mean do you feel anything after the removal of the internal nail? Your athletic abilities are better or same?

Hello everybody, it has been a bit over 1.5 years since my nail removal, and almost 4 years in August 1st since initial surgery, and It's been quite the journey, my athletic ability seems be to fairly decent now because I've been training in the gym and going on jogs, I'm not quick but I can run 2 miles in about 17 minutes, last year during the summer I was feeling great but unfortunately injured my knee and well I've been battling with that since July of last year, It seems like I'll need surgery for an ACL tear that won't repair itself so easily ... so yeah other than that life is good!

Do you think the acl tear is related to LL surgery? Hope you recover soon. Your diary is really helpful.

Hi! Movie. I am glad you come back and have new post. I admire your effort in rehab. and regaining your athletic ability. Did u play your favourite soccer well as much as pre surgery? ACL tear sometimes happens in soccer game, did u hurt in soccer game? Do u think it is related to LL surgery? Hope everything goes well and please tell me more your life in details. Best Wishes!
